CrewCor connects the whole install lifecycle. A request or quote becomes a job; the job carries the site details, files, schedule, crew, safety information, and billing context; the field team closes it out; the office follows through on invoicing and reporting. Each role sees the information needed for their work.
Requests and intake
Open Requests to review incoming work. Complete the missing client, site, scope, timing, and file details, then create a new job or update an existing one. For repeat work, use Return Trip or Day 2 so the new visit stays linked to the original project.
Quoting and approvals
Open Quotes to create a quote from the real scope. Choose the pricing method, add line items and pass-through costs, review the client-facing totals, and send it. Approved quotes can be converted into jobs; revisions keep a clear history instead of overwriting the previous version.
Jobs, clients, and sites
The job record is the source of truth after work is booked. Keep the client and site contact, address and map link, access notes, scope, PO, files, safety requirements, crew, and billing details together. Clients and sites preserve history so repeat work starts with context.
Schedule and dispatch
Use Schedule for the calendar view and Dispatch for the crew-facing day plan. Assign the date, time, crew, access conditions, PPE, and after-hours details. Changes notify the people who need the updated plan. Field mode trims the office interface down to the work a technician needs.
Technician field workflow
Technicians open their assigned work from Field mode or the tech view. Review the address, access, scope, files, and safety requirements before leaving. On site, record hours and notes, complete any FLHA, upload completion photos, and submit closeout. Office-only billing details remain separated.
Communication and email
Outbox shows messages sent by CrewCor and their delivery history. Inbound email keeps incoming project messages connected to the office workflow. Job changes can send calendar invites, and client-facing quote, scheduling, closeout, and photo messages use the company brand configured in CrewCor.
Timesheets, billing, and QuickBooks
Review submitted hours in Timesheet, complete office billing details on the job, and use the billing or QuickBooks connection when your company has it configured. Financial information is restricted to the roles and permissions that need it.
Reporting, health, and to-dos
The dashboard highlights the next actions. To-dos collect follow-ups. Health surfaces operational gaps. Reporting helps owners and permitted team members understand workload, completed work, time, and revenue trends.
Setup, permissions, and account
Owners use Setup for company information, services, numbering, quoting, communications, storage, team permissions, and integrations. Account contains personal settings. Give each person the least access they need; technicians should not receive office-only financial or project files.
Search and finding records
The top search field finds jobs, quotes, requests, purchase orders, clients, sites, and help topics. Search by a number, name, address, or a distinctive phrase. If you do not see the search field, your role may not have office search access.
