Information we collect

We collect account and contact data, business data such as client details, job sites, quotes, schedules, photos, signatures, FLHA records and uploaded files, payment details processed by Stripe, and support communications. We also collect technical and usage data such as IP address, browser, device, referring URL, pages visited, and feature usage.

How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; process transactions; send service notices; provide support; analyze usage with Google Analytics when accepted; prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or share business data for third-party marketing.

Sharing and transfers

We share information with service providers including hosting providers, Stripe, Resend, customer-support tools, and integrations you enable such as QuickBooks Online. Information may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention and security

Account data is retained while active and normally deleted within 30 days of closure. Business and safety records may be retained longer where required by law or subscription settings. Backups are retained for 30 days. We use encryption, access controls, role-based permissions, and vendor safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and withdraw consent. California residents may exercise applicable CCPA/CPRA rights. Canadian residents may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or Alberta Information and Privacy Commissioner. EU/UK residents may contact their local supervisory authority.
